CHRISTMAS DELIVERY DEADLINE

Last orders for guaranteed Christmas delivery is 2pm Friday 20th December 2024. This refers to standard and express shipping to the UK mainland.

We will be shipping goods on Monday 23rd for pre-Christmas delivery on a next day delivery service, however this is not guaranteed.

International orders will now arrive after Christmas.

FREE UK Delivery*

Our FREE delivery service is available for the *UK mainland for orders over £75. Orders for Northern Island, Channel Islands and Isle of Man are Free over £150.

Click & Collect Service

Live locally? Rather come in to collect your order from the shop? We offer a free Click & Collect Service available for customers who are in the local area.

UK Standard Delivery - Just £3.95

UK Orders with a total below £75.00 will be shipped to reach the customer within 2-4 business days depending on the service ordered and must be signed for so please make sure there will be someone available at your delivery address, otherwise it may mean collecting from your local UPS depot or Post Office, which occasionally may be some distance away.

Please consider this when deciding where to have your goods sent. Your work address is normally a good alternative. We use UPS or DPD couriers for all orders over £150 and items over 2kg. Everything else Royal Mail 48 or International Tracked & Signed.

We endeavour to ship orders placed before 2pm the same day, but at busy periods this is not always possible.

Express Delivery £8.95

UK only. Next day delivery means the next working day and does not include weekend days. Orders requiring this service must be placed by 2pm.

Next day delivery does not include weekend days only the next working day. Saturday deliveries are shipped on Fridays only.

Worldwide Delivery - from £8.95

We use UPS couriers for all orders over £150 and items over 2kg. Everything else (Except Ski Poles) is sent Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed to ship to the following countries:

France, Italy, Ireland, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Denmark, Sweden, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Cyprus, Finland, Gibraltar, Lichtenstein, Poland, Latvia, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Estonia, Romania, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Switzerland, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & more. VAT / Tax Free Destinations

For all shipping destinations outside of the UK, 20% VAT will be automatically deducted to all prices you see. 

Please note that you may be liable for any local taxes or import duties, this is standard practice the world over and any rejected deliveries will incur returned postage costs.

We advise overseas customers to look into their individual local taxes and duties before ordering.
